HY produces the standard fleece relief blanket in 100% polyester at about 200 GSM, sized 66×81 in (150×205 cm). HY makes textile blankets, not mylar space blankets. Fleece is a reusable, washable fabric that keeps people warm across many nights, while foil sheets are single-use and tear easily. For programs that distribute one durable blanket per person, fleece is the practical choice.
What GSM should we order?
200 GSM is the standard relief weight and suits mild to moderately cold conditions at the lowest sensible cost. Drop to 180 GSM to cut unit price for warm climates, or move to 240-260 GSM for colder sites. We can sample two weights so you compare warmth against budget before committing.
What is the MOQ and can we customize?
MOQ is about 1,000 pieces per style. Within that, size, color, and GSM are all adjustable, and we dye to your color or match a Pantone. Custom sizes are cut to your spec with no change to the base fabric.
How are the blankets packed for shipping and storage?
