HY Blanket produces custom relief blankets with your logo for NGO donation drives, corporate CSR programs, and foundation campaigns. The base is our standard relief blanket: 100% polyester polar fleece, about 200 GSM, 66×81 in, with custom sizes and colors on request. Minimum order is 1,000 pieces per branded run, and every order ships only after you approve a physical sample with your branding on it.

A sewn-in woven label or printed care label credits the organization without covering the blanket. We keep marking small and the body a neutral color so stock stays usable across multiple appeals and field partners.

Can we add branding without printing on the blanket surface?
Yes. A sewn-in woven label, an embroidered logo, or printed packaging such as a polybag, sleeve, or carton all carry your brand without covering the fabric. This keeps the blanket usable as plain relief stock while still crediting your organization or sponsor.
Do you supply foil or mylar space blankets?
No. We manufacture textile blankets only, including polar fleece, flannel, sherpa, wool, and wool-blend. Reflective mylar emergency sheets come from a film converter, not a blanket mill, so we do not offer them.
What is the minimum order for logo disaster relief blankets?
MOQ is about 1,000 pieces per custom-branded order. Branding setup such as artwork, label weaving, or screen preparation is a one-time charge, so the per-piece cost drops as quantity rises. All costs are confirmed on a written quote before sampling.
Will branding hold up through washing and field use?
Woven labels and embroidery are stitched in and last the life of the blanket. Screen and heat-transfer prints are cured for repeated washing, though we recommend woven or embroidered marking for the heaviest reuse. We show the finish on a pre-production sample so you can confirm durability before bulk.
