NDA and one contact
We sign an NDA before development starts. A dedicated development lead works with you one-on-one on details, so nothing about your project passes through a general sales inbox.
Material and construction work
We select materials and develop constructions across fleece, velvet, flannel, wool, knit and recycled poly, plus functional finishes such as PU/TPU waterproof backing, cooling fabrics and weighted fills.
Staged sampling and iteration
Each sampling round targets a specific fix, from hand feel to seam construction. You approve a stage before we move to the next, and bulk only starts on a signed-off sample.
Certificates your buyers ask for
GRS recycled and OEKO-TEX certificates are available for developed materials, and the factory is BSCI audited. Documentation is ready when your retail buyers request it.
