Knitted blankets are built from interlocking yarn loops instead of a woven warp and weft. The loop structure gives the fabric natural stretch, an open texture that traps air, and a hand feel that woven or fleece blankets cannot copy. Because gauge, yarn count, and stitch pattern are all set on the knitting machine, a buyer can specify the look of the fabric itself, not only the print applied to it.

Our children’s knitted blanket line uses 100% cotton yarn. Cotton knit breathes well, washes without the pilling of cheap acrylic, and takes knitted-in patterns cleanly. The same construction runs as a knitted logo blanket, where the client’s mark is knitted directly into the fabric instead of printed or embroidered afterward.
The chunky knitted throw uses thick polyester yarn in an open, oversized stitch. It ships as a standard throw or as a weighted version in 5 lb, 10 lb, and 15 lb fills, with a knit shell over a glass-bead fill and even weight across the whole blanket. These are comfort and sleep-routine products, not medical devices.
The tassel throw blanket is a knit throw finished with fringe tassels along the edges. Tassel length, spacing, and color contrast are all specified at sampling. It sells mainly into home decor retail and boutique gift programs where shelf presentation matters as much as the fabric.
