It feels smoother and finer than standard polar fleece, holds printed color well, and stays lightweight even at higher weights. Because the fiber is polyester, flannel takes dye-sublimation better than almost any other blanket substrate, which is why promotional buyers and print-on-demand sellers keep coming back to it.

Typical MOQs start at a few hundred pieces per design. Solid colors from stock fabric usually go lower; full-custom sublimation prints sit at the higher end because each design needs its own print run. Send your target quantity and we quote against it.
Both are brushed polyester. Flannel has a shorter, finer, more even pile, so the surface looks smoother and sheds less. Coral fleece has a longer, loftier pile that feels thicker but can pill sooner. For printed programs we recommend flannel, since the flatter face reproduces artwork more cleanly.
Yes. Dye-sublimation handles edge-to-edge artwork, photographs, and repeat patterns on the polyester face. For logos alone, embroidery or an applique patch reads as higher-end and survives industrial laundering. We send strike-offs for approval before bulk production.
