Ethical-manufacturing audit for buyers who gate suppliers on labor and factory conditions (site-listed).
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
For skin-contact and baby/kids blankets tested against harmful substances (site-listed).
GRS + GRS Transaction Certificate
Recycled polyester / rPET programs: chain-of-custody with a Transaction Certificate issued per recycled-content shipment (available per project).
SEDEX / RBA / FAMA-type social audits + Gulf conformity
SEDEX, RBA or FAMA-type audits, customer-run audits, and SASO / SABER / ECAS (Gulf) supported per project; Arabic labeling on OEM orders.
Fabric & flammability testing
Built to spec against targets like FAR 25.853 (aviation cabin) or EN71 (kids), with third-party test reports on request. Not pre-certified.
Certifications are site-listed or available/confirmed per project. We do not publish certificate IDs or scopes and make no blanket ‘certified-to’ guarantees; specific documentation is issued against your order.

Send a brief, approve a sample, run production. How a custom or private-label blanket program moves from tech pack to shipment:
1. Send your brief
Share a tech pack, artwork, a reference sample, and your target price and quantity. We work from your fabric, GSM, size, backing, logo method, and packing spec.
2. Sampling
We develop a sample to your spec and quote MOQ, price, and lead time. The sampling fee is often credited to the bulk order.
3. Approve the golden sample
You sign off fabric, GSM, finished size, stitching, color, and logo. The approved sample is retained as the production reference so reorders match.
4. Bulk production + QC
In-line checks during production and a pre-shipment inspection, both measured against the golden sample.
5. Export & documentation
Packing, care/origin labels, requested test reports, and FOB or DDP shipping with the export documents your customs needs.
Already have a design you like? Existing styles can be private-labeled with your brand and packaging without new development. Sampling and lead-time figures are typical and confirmed per project.
